5 Style Rules To Be Classy
The fashion world has made rules for years. Don't mix your metals, don't wear white after Labor Day, your bag and shoes must match. Fashion and style is all about expression, and while some rules are silly and outdated, there are some rules to follow to help you keep a certain standard of class.

3. The higher the hem, the lower the heel. Short dresses with sky high heels are for the club. If your skirt is above your knee then keep your heel to 3 inches and under. If your skirt is below your knee, your heels can be higher. You can always take a cue from Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. Her heel to hem ratio is always perfect. * Tee from Loft, skirt from Lulu's ( free people ), shoes from DSW ( steve madden ) *
4. Less is More. Take off one piece of jewelry before you leave the house. Also, if you are going to layer jewelry, then stick to one area for layering. For instance, if you layer necklaces then keep your bracelets and rings minimal. * Top from Loft, butterfly necklace from Charming Charlie's, feather, stone, and three strand necklace from Noonday Collection, bracelet from Michael Kors *
5. Be Confident. Fashion is supposed to be fun and it is how we express ourselves. Life is too short to not wear what you want, but keep these rules with you to help you lead a more classy life.
